A photo showing a person believed to be sick Buganda Kingdom monarch Ronald Muwenda Mutebi at Capital Shoppers Ntinda for shopping has surfaced online.
After months of absence from the public, the Kabaka appeared for his 66th birthday celebration looking sick on April 13.
A video shared online showed the king in a worrying health condition.
But on April 15, a photo shared by events promoter Balaam Barugahara’s Radio 4 showed the Kabaka ‘out for shopping’ at what was believed to be Ntinda’s Capital Shoppers.
The photo showed the man believed to be the kabaka in company of guards.
