Retired General Caleb Akandwanaho aka Gen Salim Saleh has told his relatives and friends that he has the capacity to cause the arrest and deportation of blogger Fred Kajubi Lumbuye.
Lumbuye, who is said to be in Turkey, reportedly spread reports that Gen Salim Saleh, a young brother to President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni, was dead, only for the Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) Chief Coordinator to appear at his daughter Esteeri’s kuhingira ceremony alive and well.
Gen Salim Saleh even joked that his daughter Esteeri had given him a chance to resurrect. (Read Story and Watch Video Here).
The president’s brother and former bush war general has made it clear that he has the capacity to get Lumbuye and other bloggers spreading fake news and propaganda if he wanted.
“I have nothing to do with them. If I wanted Lumbuye, I can bring him tomorrow, you know me; If I wanted Mumiransanafu today I would bring him because for me my job is to be on the ground; I have never left the bush,” said Gen Saleh.
Weeks ago, social media was awash with Gen Salim Saleh death rumors, prompting State House to break silence on the matter. (Read Story Here).
