Police officers arrested Moses Bigirwa, the National Unity Platform (NUP) mobilization secretary for eastern Uganda in Nakasero, Kampala on Friday, November 05, 2021.

Bigirwa was arrested near deputy speaker Anita Among’s home contrary to NUP leader Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine’s claims that he was arrested at the Northern Bypass.

He had asked deputy speaker Among to pay him Shs100m.
