Former Rubaga South MP John Ken Lukyamuzi presented a poem about Uganda in honor of Jacob L’Okori Oualanyah, the late speaker of the 11th Parliament.
Lukyamuzi, also the Conservative Party leader, was among top politicians that attended a funeral service at Oulanyah’s home in Muyenga, Kampala, on April 03.
After eulogizing Oulanyah as a great and friendly leader, Lukyamuzi presented a poem to honour the late speaker.
