Buganda Kingdom prime minister Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga has spoken out on Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II’s travel to Germany and given an update on the king’s health.
The Pearl Times News can now confirm that Kabaka Mutebi is not in the country.
Katikkiro Mayiga has said the Kabaka flew to Germany on August 04.
He further explained why the Kabaka travelled abroad.
One of the reasons was to undergo medical checkups and specialized treatment.
“The Kabaka will consult the doctors while in Germany,” said Katikkiro Mayiga.
“When time and his program allows, he will meet partners through the Kabaka Foundation.”
Mayiga once again noted that allergies were a serious health condition that ought to be treated.
