Uganda’s Covid19 cumulative death till has hit 423 with 15 more fatalities reported on June 10, according to the Ministry of Health.
The country also recorded the highest number of cases since the second Covid19 wave started weeks ago.
“Results of COVID-19 tests done on 10 June 2021 confirm 1,735 new cases,” a June 12 statement from the ministry said.
“The cumulative confirmed cases are 60,250.There are 15 new confirmed deaths.”
The capital city of Kampala recorded over 1,100 cases in just one day.
