Presidency minister Milly Babirye Balanda has dismissed reports that people in her office removed Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) and Resident City Commissioners (RCCs) who failed to bribe them with Shs20m from the new list of RCCs, RDCs and their deputies.
President Museveni’s office recently released the list of new RDCs, RCCs and their deputies. (Read Story Here).
But Kashambya MP David Kabanda has claimed that Minister Babalanda’s office removed RDCs who refused to bribe them with Shs20m from the final list of RDCs. (Read Story Here).
Now, Minister Babalanda has told a local online publication that Kabanda’s allegations were baseless rubbish.
“We always believe someone with tangible proof and evidence,” Babalanda was quoted as saying.
