Controversial academic and politician Dr Stella Nyanzi has explained why she ran away from Uganda as President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni announced a second Covid19 total lockdown, revealing her I’ll kidneys, hunger and depression almost killed her.
Dr Nyanzi flew out of the country as President Museveni made a lockdown announcement.
Nyanzi told her followers she wouldn’t stand another lockdown yet she almost died during the first one.
She claimed her kidneys were poisoned, and she was admitted two times.
“I ran away from the second lockdown. The first one was too tough on me. I nearly died of poverty and hunger and depression and ill kidneys,” said Nyanzi in response to a question by a one Angella Patricia Nalugya.
“Remember I was admitted twice in hospital for poisoned kidneys in the first days of the first lockdown last year.”
