Now, Kiwanda says that Oulanyah confided in him that he was poisoned.

“The late Rt. Hon Jacob Oulanyah told me too that he was poisoned,” Kiwanda told Capital Gang.

A report given by health minister Dr Jane Ruth Aceng ruled out poisoning. (Read Story on WHAT EXACTLY KILLED OULANYAH HERE).

But Kiwanda says poisoning claims should be investigated.

“The poison issue should nit be ignored. Yes he could have heard other illnesses but it doesn’t rule out what he told me and his father,” said the former minister, who is also the NRM vice chairman for Buganda.

“His condition worsened in the last 4-5 months. We also cannot rule out the fact that he was poisoned just because he had other underlying illnesses.”

Meanwhile, Oulanyah’s father Okori says some people want to grab the former speaker’s land. (Read Story Here).
