SHOCKING EXPERIENCE: Singer Bruno K Narrates How Fake Doctor Nearly Killed His Daughter

Ugandan singer Bruno Kiggundu aka Bruno K has narrated a panic-causing experience regarding the health of his daughter Briella Kiggundu, an experience that nearly took the young girl’s life. Bruno K said a health worker he first took his daughter to made a wrong prescription and an over dosage that worsened Briella’s condition.

Bruno K claims that on Tuesday, November 08, 2022, the first doctor where Briella was treated offered a drug and dosage that should have been given to an adult. The side effects were instant and worrying, and could have seen his daughter breathe her last had he not sought another health worker’s advice and help.

“Yesterday I almost lost my child because someone prescribed the wrong dosage for my child. She was vomiting a lot, so to control the vomiting they gave her 10 Mills [mls) of plasil which is meant for an adult,” Bruno K narrated. “My daughter started shaking continuously and having serious hallucinations. The next thing she stopped walking.”

Realizing that things might soon get out of hand if he remained at this health worker’s clinic, Bruno K rushed to another medical practitioner’s health facility. He identified this medic as Doctor Jamil, a pediatrician ( a medical practitioner specializing in children and their diseases).

It was Doctor Jamil who revealed to Singer Bruno K that the first health worker had administered a drug over dose to Briella Kiggundu, hence the adverse effects that could have ended the life of his lovely daughter. ” We rushed her to Doctor Jamil an expert in kids that’s where I was told that my daughter was given an over dose of plasil,” he said.

The ‘Omuwala’ singer has now advised parents to go slow on the drug and further urged them to always run to experienced and qualified specialized children doctors called paediatricians or paeds in short.

“Dear parents that drug is very deadly and dangerous. The lesson I learnt out of this, don’t take your child to anyone,” he cautioned. “These kids have to be attended to by paeds coz they understand them well. My child is recovering well but I shared this information so that parents can learn from it.”
