SAD! Tears in Bobi Wine’s NUP as Diaspora Chapter Boss Perishes in Accident

Uganda’s main opposition National Unity Platform (NUP) party is mourning the demise of one of the leaders of their diaspora chapters after he perished in an accident.

Timothy Mulindwa, who has been serving as the Chairman of Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine’s NUP and People Power Chapter in Witbank, South Africa, died in an accident as he drove from Witbank to Pretoria.

Also involved in the accident that claimed Mulindwa’s life was his children and wife. According to Bobi Wine, Mulindwa’s wife was still in critical condition while his children were out of danger.

“On a sad note, I regret to announce the sudden death of one of our diaspora leaders. Comrade Mulindwa Timothy who was the Chairman of the NUP/People Power Witbank chapter in South Africa was involved in a fatal road accident as he was driving from Witbank to Pretoria,” wrote Bobi Wine.

“He was travelling with his wife and children in the car. The children are in a stable condition while his wife is still in a critical condition. Our teams on ground are doing g everything possible to handle the situation. Our healing prayers go to his wife while our condolences go to the family and friends. Sad!”
