One of the longest serving employees in the office of the State House Comptroller, and a secretary in the office of a senior minister have passed on a few days apart.
Presidency Minister Milly Babirye Babalanda’s secretary Prossy Naggayi died on January 21 at Nsambya Hospital in Kampala.
“I regret to announce the death of my Secretary, Ms. Prossy Naggayi, who has passed on at Nsambya hospital this afternoon. Very sad day,” said Minister Babalanda. “Details and the subsequent program for burial will be announced later.”
A few days earlier, on January 19, Muhangi Cosma, one of the longest serving employees in the office of State House Comptroller, died at the Mulago National Referral Hospital.
Muhangi will be laid to rest at Kiyenje Village, Iterero Parish, Bwongyera Sub County, Kajara County in Ntungamo District on January 22.
