Revealed: Here is First Son Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s ‘look-alike’ behind this viral Muhoozi Project photo

The man behind the popular Muhoozi Project jumper photo has finally been identified over one year since first son Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba used it to raise more questions on whether he would succeed his father President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni or not.

In 2020, Kainerugaba shared a photo of a man donning a yellow jumper with the words ‘Muhoozi Project.’

“Some evil people coined this phrase to try and destroy us! But trust my generation to convert every curse into a blessing! Thank you Ugandans!” the first son captioned the photo.

Succession: Will Museveni appoint first son Muhoozi Kainerugaba Vice President?

For many months, many believed the man in the photo was Lt Gen Kainerugaba.

But Pearl Times News can now authoritatively report that the man in the viral photo is not President Museveni’s son Kainerugaba, but a youthful politician with slight resemblance to him.

Pearl Times News has established that the man in the photo is Steven Sewanonda.

Sewanonda is a former contestant in Kyadondo East NRM parliamentary primary election.

He is an ardent believer in the Muhoozi Project and believes his son is his generational leader.
