Rema Namakula Breaks Silence on Hamza Cheating Noise (Watch Video of Her Interesting Response)

Singer Rema Namakula and her husband Dr Hamza Ssebunya have trended on social media in the last few days, not because of the former’s music but because of allegations that the latter could be cheating on the ‘Sili Muyembe’ singer with another beautiful young woman that some chose to label ‘city slay queen.’

The rumor was sparked by a short video clip in which Dr Hamza Ssebunya was seen ‘out’ with another woman believed to be his new woman, one that social media in-laws thought had stole the doctor’s heart and made him abandon Rema, leaving her with nobody to spend cold nights with.

Although the woman (or slay queen in question) has in question came out and explained the circumstances under which the viral video had been recorded and how it was reportedly edited to make it appear that she had encroached on Rema’s territory (Hamza), some Ugandans refused to accept this and kept insisting that the couple had even broken up over the doctor’s alleged cheating.

According to the slay queen, she and her husband were attending an event where Dr Ssebunya was one of the guests. That her husband, who she said was a good friend of Hamza, was also in attendance and was part of the photo but he had been cropped out by unscrupulous people to make it appear like Hamza and her were close and ‘chewing things.’

The woman swore that she had no interest in Dr Hamza Ssebunya and that the doctor had not approached her for any love relationship, further making it clear that Rema should have peace since she (the woman in question or the slay queen) was happily married to Hamza’s friend.

Meanwhile, despite the woman’s clarification, some witch-hearted social media commenters and followers had continued celebrating, saying that it had ended in tears for Rema, a singer who had dumped fellow musician Edirisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo and jumped into Dr Hamza Ssebunya’s life. Hamza and Rema would later formalize their relationship and have since been blessed with a child. (Read Story Here).

But Rema has now given a very interesting response to those celebrating her alleged breakup with Hamza. Choosing to use actions, as opposed to words, Rema sought to make to all and sundry that all was well between her and Hamza, and that nothing significant enough had come between them to warrant a breakup.

In a short video that has been widely shared on social media, Rema is filmed seeing off her husband Dr Hamza Ssebunya. The doctor is donning a white doctor’s court and Rema is heard telling him ‘Good day, honey!’ to which the man also responds. Both Rema and Hamza seem happy.

While she did not particularly address Dr Hamza’s cheating allegations and rumors of a breakup, Rema Namakula used this short video to make it clear that Hamza was still her husband and that there was no trouble in their marriage as claimed on social media channels. Perhaps, it is now time for social media in-laws to eat their words.
