Deputy Police chief DIGP Maj Gen Paul Lokech has suddenly died months into his job as the second most important officer of the Uganda Police Force (UPF).
The UPDF confirmed the death of Lokech on August 21.
According to Uganda Police Force, the deputy IGP “passed on from his home this morning.”
But who exactly was Maj Gen Paul Lokech.
