A little over 100 children that late speaker Jacob L’Okori Oulanyah was paying school fees for have cried to Anita Among and other government officials to help them continue with their education.
Some of the children were present at Oulanyah’s Muyenga home as the late speaker’s body was brought for a service. (Read Story Here).
The children, most of whose parents are poor or deceased, are in various classes at Seroma Christian High School.
These introduced themselves before mourners, made it clear they were uncertain of their future after Oulanyah’s demise, and asked for help.
In particular, they asked speaker Among to take over from Oulanyah and keep sponsoring their education.
Oulanyah died in the US on March 20. (Read Story Here).
