After almost three years of closure of the Katuna or Gatuna border, Ugandans, Rwandans and other travellers will be crossing through a border point with a new look.
When she first closed her border point with Uganda in February 2019, Rwanda said the main reason was to undertake renovation works on Katuna/Gatuna.
