PHOTOS: Besigye’s Son Anselm ‘Introduces’ White Girlfriend to His Father & Mother Winnie Byanyima

Opposition leader Dr Kizza Besigye and his wife, UNAIDS Executive Director Winnie Byanyima, could officially have a white daughter-in-law if what the photos of a recent family vacation are anything to go by.

In the photos shared online, Anselm, Besigye and Byanyima are seen with a white girl.

Winnie Byanyima captioned one of the photos, thus: “We wish you and your loved ones a happy new year! We are full of hope that the world will come together to end this terrible #COVID19 pandemic. It’s possible. Bonne Annee!”

But some social media in-laws have kept wondering if she is ‘Uganda’s in-law.’

“Is that white [girl] Uganda’s in-law? Just asking for Ugandans,” asked a one ‘The Bestie Guy’ (@EntitledEtesot) on Twitter.

To which Winnie Byanyima responded: “Stay in your lane, will you?”

The only known child of Besigye and Byanyima, Anselm completed his studies at Harvard University months ago.
