Christian Life Church lead pastor Jackson Ssenyonga has told his congregation and security that three ‘fake’ pastors should be held accountable if he dies.
Pastor Ssenyonga told Christians during a Sunday service at the Makerere Kavule-based church that he had learnt of a plan by three pastors to assassinate him.
Declining to table evidence to back up the claims, Ssenyonga revealed he had alerted security agencies of the threats against his life.
He also declined to name the pastors.
“I have passed this information to the security organs in Uganda. If something happens to me between now and a few weeks or a few months, those three people I have told you about will be responsible,” claimed the pastor.
“I have a recording. They have two strategies to kill me. I won’t reveal them here but I want them to hear and know that I know this already.”
He added: “I am telling you children of God and the whole country, if i die in an accident, in a shoot out, those three people are responsible.”
Although he didn’t name the pastors he accuses of a plot to assassinate him, he said the ‘men of God’ in question are angry with him for punching holes in the tricks used in their ‘fake miracles,’ and their lies, through his P5 church program.
Some of the pastors he has previously criticized include: Ronnie Makabai, Samuel Kakande, Aloysius Bujjingo, and the Late Augustine Yiga.
He further accuses these pastors of using pastors in Luweero to push through claims that he defrauded them using his ‘Byebye Biwempe Campaign.’
