Over 170 Teachers, Non-Teaching Staff Confirmed. See Their Names

The Ministry of Education and Sports has confirmed over 170 teachers and non-teaching staff. The Ministry has also redesignated some other people. The confirmations were made at the end of last month by the Education Service Commission (ESC).

The staff confirmed or redesignated include education officers, assistant education officers, enrolled nurses, laboratory assistants, library assistants, senior assistant accountants, kitchen attendants and office attendants.

Other confirmed or redesignated teachers or non-teaching staff include workshop assistants, assistant instructors, including at Mbale School for the Deaf in Mbale District, Kihanda Technical School in Kanungu District and Nyakatare Technical Institute in Kanung u; and workshop attendants at Ihunga Polytechnic Institute in Ntungamo District.

The Secretary, Education Service Commission informs Teaching and Non-teaching personnel whose names appear in the lists below that they have been confirmed in service while some, were redesignated.

Others are Assistant Inventory Management Officer at Jinja Vocational Training Institute and Kinoni Girls’ Secondary School in Rwampara District.

“The Secretary, Education Service Commission informs Teaching and Non-teaching personnel whose names appear in the lists that they have been confirmed in service while some, were redesignated,” announced Mohammed Kaaya, the acting secretary to the Education Service Commission.

“The concerned personnel are requested to contact the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Sports for issuance of relevant letters.” You can see names of confirmed and redesignated staff HERE
