NEW JOURNEY BEGINS: Thomas Tayebwa Gives Hint on Muhoozi Kainerugaba Next Plan after Museveni’s Son ‘Retired’ from Army

Government chief whip Thomas Tayebwa has just given a hint on what might be Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s next step after President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s son announced he was quitting the UPDF. 

A few hours ago, Lt Gen Kainerugaba, the commander land forces of the UPDF, announced his retirement from the national army after 28 years of service. (Read Story Here).

Commenting on the news of the first son’s retirement, government chief whip Tayebwa hinted on a new journey for Kainerugaba.

Tayebwa, also the Ruhinda North MP, also saluted Museveni’s son for his service to his nation.

“Thank you for your dedicated service to the country Gen,” wrote the youthful NRM MP.

“The journey has just begun.”

Tayebwa did not divulge details about the journey that has begun.

But some people have been calling Kainerugaba their generational leader and want him to succeed his father. (Read Story Here).
