FDC spokesperson Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has said newly appointed Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja is unfit to even become a CEO of a garbage-collecting company.
On June 08, President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni appointed Nabbanja, the Kakumiro District Woman MP and junior health minister, Uganda’s Prime Minister.
Hours later, Ssemujju Nganda said Nabbanja, just like many on the cabinet list (at least according to him), was unfit for the job.
“If you look at the names proposed, many of them can’t be employed anywhere. I don’t know if in Uganda there’s any organization worth the name, not even a garbage-collecting company, that can employ Robinah Nabbanja as its CEO,” Ssemujju Nganda in an interview with NTV Uganda.
“She’s now the prime minister, coordinator of govt business.”
He also punched holes in Jessica Alupo’s competences, saying she couldn’t ably steer the nation if President Museveni was unable to execute his constitutional duties.
