President Yoweri kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa will on this Saturday 31 July ,2021 address the nation at 8pm on matters concerned with COVID-19 and any other related issues.
According to the president’s Senior Press Secretary Linda Nabusayi Wamboka , the address will be broadcasted live on all televisions and radio stations this weekend.
“President KagutaMuseveni will address the Nation this Saturday July 31, 2021 at 8pm on Covid-19 and any other related issues. The address will be live on all Television and Radio stations, “said Nabusayi.
This comes after the president declared the lockdown now 3 days to 42 days declared declared on 18 June.
Museveni declared a total lockdown
When cases increased that the country could not handle and thus almost all sectors were suspended with exception of essential workers.
Most ugandans are more expectant for a lift on the lockdown due to the reduction of the cases, however these expectations remain hanging as they await for the address.
