President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni, the commander-in-chief (CiC) of armed forces, has appointed new deputy commanders of the air force and the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI).
According to UPDF spokesperson Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye, Museveni appointed Maj Gen Charles Okidi Deputy Commander Airforce.
Museveni also appointed Brig Gen David Gonyi as Chief of Staff Airforce.
The CiC also appointed Col Abdul Rugumayo as Deputy CMI commander.
