LIST: See Names of Government Employees Granted Study Leave by the Education Service Commission

Uganda’s Education Service Commission (ESC) has granted study leave to a little over 30 government employees under its jurisdiction to enable them pursue further studies within and outside the country.

For most of the 33 awarded study leave, their studies fit in their career goals as well as the goal by the Education Service Commission and the Ministry of Education and Sports of improving the capacity of employees so as to improve the delivery of education services.

Those awarded study leave were the successful ones among a group that had filed their applications for the same to the Education Service Commission. The Commission’s acting secretary Mohammed Kaaya has directed the successful candidates to pick their notification letters.

The date for picking of the letters granting and confirming study leave as well as all the details concerning the same is July 02 starting at 9am. The notifications will be available at the Education Service Commission Registry at Farmers House in Kampala.

Those granted study leave include: Atyayi Noeline Prossy, Abdul Agoyi, Afimani William, Agwang Daphne, Ahabwe Monica, Ajao Esther, Angiro Patrick, Apio Deborah, Ariturinda Moses, Bataringaya Abel, Bikali Mary, Bwire Charles, Cheptoek Linet, and Econyu Moses.

Esong Daniel, Joan Aliobe, Kansime Sarah, Katana Clare, Kusemererwa Emmanuel, Kwetegyeka Mary Mbabazi, Masereka Julius, Musundi Ben Fredrick, Mutatiina Gershon, and Nantongo Zubeda Baligeya are also among the successful candidates.

Others successful candidates going on study leave are: Ocen Moses, Okane Micheal, Olinga John Paul, Omoding Simon Peter, Oroma Irene, Ssali Celester, Ssebawunde Deogratius, Tomete Tom Henry and Tumwekwase Narith.
