National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has released lists of people he claims were kidnapped by the state security agencies.
The list includes 243 people.
But Bobi Wine did not offer further details, such as dates on which each of the alleged abductees were kidnapped.
He claimed some of these people were still missing.
The lists were released a few days after Museveni addressed the nation on the state of security.
