After paying tribute to Oulanyah in today’s special session, Kadaga notified Speaker Among that she wouldn’t attend other events to honour and send off Oulanyah.

These include an event that will be presided over by President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni at Kololo Independence Grounds, as well as burial in Omoro. (Read Full Funeral Program HERE).

“I will not be able to attend the other functions because of other obligations, but I want to say farewell to my friend, colleague and partner,” said Kadaga.

The former speaker will be out of the country for EAC activities in Arusha and Nairobi.
