JUST IN: Flavia Tumusiime Quits Capital FM; See Why

Flavia Tumusiime has resigned her job at the Kamwokya-based 91.3 Capital FM, the long time radio presenter has announced this morning. 

A presenter of the AM-PM mid morning show that begins at 10 and ends in the afternoon, Flavia Tumusiime has been at Capital FM since 2006.

This means that she has been at the station for 16 cool years.

According to Flavia Tumusiime, the 16 years she has spent at Capital FM have changed her life and career.

AM-PM show fans on Capital FM will listen to Flavia today, Tuesday, August 30, and tomorrow, Wednesday, August 31, but will hear another voice on the show starting Thursday, September 01, 2022.

“Tomorrow 31st August will be my final show at Capital FM for the mid morning show,” announced the beautiful Flavia Tumusiime, who is married to NBS Press Box host Andrew Kabuura.

“It’s been a life and career changing experience for me since 2006.”

But why is Flavia Tumusiime quitting Capital FM?

According to her, it is high time she tried her luck else where after many years at one of the country’s best radio stations.

“The time has come again for me to stretch my potential and see what else I can become,” she said. 

It was not clear where Flavia Tumusiime was headed next or  who is replacing her on Thursday.

But her fans have been showering her with praises and saying how much they will miss her.
