I shed tears: Vinka opens up on the pain and joy of giving birth, shares baby’s photo

Singer Veronica Luggya aka Vinka has spoken out on the pain and joy of delivering a baby, officially confirming that she is now a mother.

Last month, Vinka gave birth but was quiet, fanning rumors that she had welcomed twins.

She had kept her pregnancy away from the media cameras. But it was later discovered that Vinka had held a baby shower, eventually delivering a few days after the January 14 presidential election.

But Vinka has now revealed that the pain of giving birth sent tears welling down her eyes, but was optimistic the baby would be a source of joy.

“I did cry to bring you into this world,” she noted, alongside the photo of the baby.

“I’m sure I’ll always be happy when you’re around.”

The photo shows the baby’s hand clasped around the mother’s pinkie.

But it does not reveal the face.
