HOUSE OF SKULLS: Shock as 17 Human Skulls are Found in Shrine of Key Suspect in Ndiga Clan Head Assassination

HOUSE OF SKULLS: Shock as 17 Human Skulls are Found in Shrine of Key Suspect in Ndiga Clan Head Assassination WANTED! Shs10m Reward for Anyone Who Aids Arrest of Ndiga Clan Head Murder 'Prime Suspect' Lujja Bbosa Tabula

Lujja Bbosa Tabula

About five months since the assassination of Buganda’s sheep (ndidga) clan head Daniel Bbosa, the key suspect Tabula Bbosa Lujja is yet to be arrested. But up to 17 human skulls have been found in a shrine he once operated.

Police in Mpigi have cordoned off the shrine located in Mpigi Town Council’s Kabanga Village. Police swung into action after getting clues from residents who were alerted by children collecting firewood on July 28.

The children had thought they would collect some firewood at the abandoned place (which they did not know had been a shrine) only to find their four metallic suitcases.

Locals have told police that Lujja used to run the shrine before he disappeared in thin air following the assassination of the Ndiga clan head on February 25 in Lungujja, a Kampala Capital City suburb.

But the shrine, which police officers now consider a crime scene, was abandoned as Lujja went into hiding and as police made public their decision to hunt him down. But before the Ndiga clan head’s murder, locals further said, the place was being used for traditional worship, with people reportedly seen frequenting the shrine.

There are now fears that Lujja might have been engaged in ritual worship, sacrificing humans to his gods.

At the abandoned shrine, police even tried to dig deep using an excavator to ascertain if any more body parts were buried at the same scene. Efforts to dig further are expected to continue as police suspects there could be more skulls buried underneath the abandoned shrine.

Assailants killed Ndiga clan head Daniel Bbosa a week ago in Kampala’s Lungujja area. Two of the killers were identified. Police put a Shs10m reward for anyone who aids arrest of ndiga clan head murder prime suspect Lujja Bbosa. Tabula The assassinated clan head was laid to rest on March 03, 2024, amidst observance of customs – including the fact that he was not buried in a casket or coffin – that shocked some shocking customs.
