GOOD BYE! Hudu Hussein Hands Over Yumbe RDC Office

A few days after Ugandan President Gen Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s Presidency Minister Milly Babirye Babalanda announced changes in a mini-reshuffle of Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) and Resident City Commissioners (RCCs), Hudu Hussein has handed over the office of the Yumbe District RDC and said good bye to the local political and security leaders.

Hudu Hussein had been deployed in Yumbe District after being transferred from the capital Kampala where he was RCC. After penning a message to Gen Museveni, and wedding his lover, Hudu Hussein had headed for Yumbe District where he has been working. (See Details Here and There).

Hudu had worked in Yumbe District for barely one year. To be precise, he was Yumbe RDC for only eight months after which he was transferred to a new work station. Hudu Hussein will now be the Lwengo District RDC. (Read Story Here).

He has handed over office and he is expected to leave Yumbe District for Lwengo. In a few days, Hudu will be taking over the Lwengo Resident District Commissioner office. In the mini RDC reshuffle, former Jinja RDC Eric Sakwa who had been facing charges of manslaughter has also bounced bank. (See Details and other changes in the RDC mini-reshuffle HERE).
