The secretary of the Education Service Commission (ESC) has released the names of teachers shortlisted for deputy headteacher jobs.
The shortlisted teachers submitted their applications for the deputy headteacher jobs announced in advert No.2/2021.
These will have their oral interviews starting tomorrow, Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in Kampala.
“The Secretary Education Service Commission informs applicants for the post of Deputy Headteacher Advert No.2/2021 that the shortlist for the Oral interviews is out. The interviews will take place from Wednesday 15th June to Thursday 16th June 2022 starting at 8:00am at Kololo Secondary School SESEMAT HOSTEL Kampala,” announced Florence Abele, the Acting Secretary of the Education Service Commission, on June 14.
Abele also cautioned the teachers coming for the interviews on what they should bring, and what they are expected to come with. “Please come along with your valid original documents, national identity card and workplace identity card,” said the ESC. “Ensure that you follow the SOPs as stipulated by the Ministry of Health.“
Meanwhile, Abele has also made it clear to the teachers whose names did not make the shortlist that they have not been successful, and should try again next time.
“Please note that only candidates whose names appear on the shortlist will sit for the interviews,” noted the Acting ESC Secretary.
