Makerere University, Uganda’s oldest and largest higher learning institution, has released the list of thousands of students admitted for various bachelor’s degree and diploma courses (academic programs) at its main campus and at the Nakawa-based campus of Makerere University Business School (Mubs).
The list of students or applicants admitted for private sponsorship at the prestigious university was released by the Office of the Academic Registrar on July 12, 2023.
The students, who were drawn from various schools and districts across the country, have been admitted on both day and evening programs.
The reporting date for the admitted students is a little over a month ahead.

Meanwhile, the Office of the Academic Registrar has also released the list of students who have been admitted using international qualifications.
A total of 26 students have been admitted under with such qualifications. See their names below:
