Kyambogo University, one of Uganda’s public universities, has released the list of students admitted under the private sponsorship scheme for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
About 5,000 students have been admitted for various courses (academic programs) for the upcoming academic year at the university which is based in the capital Kampala and runs some learning centres around the country.
Like other universities, Kyambogo is preparing to open its 2023-2024 academic year for freshers and continuing students. The admitted students have about a month to prepare to report to one of Uganda’s most reputable higher learning institutions.
While the Kyambogo University office of the academic registrar has labelled the Direct Entry Scheme Private Sponsorship Admission List provisional, there will likely be no significant changes to the same.
The release of the private admissions list comes a few weeks after Kyambogo released the list of students admitted under the government sponsorship national merit scheme. (See full list Here).
