President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni has appointed Mubs lecturer Ramathan Ggoobi, former NSSF deputy MD Geraldine Ssali and ex-minister Adolf Mwesige as permanent secretaries.
Ggoobi will replace Keith Muhakanizi, who now moves to the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM); Mwesige will take over from Jane Kibirige who has been retired; while Ssali will be the permanent secretary for the ministry of trade, industry and Cooperatives.
