Commander-in-chief of armed forces President Yoweri Museveni has shaken up the UPDF leadership, deploying former army spokesperson Brig Gen Felix Kulaigye to Operation Wealth Creation (OWC).
Gen Museveni also transferred former Special Forces Command (SFC) boss Maj Gen Don Nabasa to African Union Mission to Somalia (Amisom) as contingent commander.
