Now, about three weeks since the burial, Kagingo, who was supposed to be the principal press secretary in the speaker’s office, has been transferred.
Kagingo will now head to the library section.
Her job has been taken over by Sabiti, who was hitherto the press secretary to the deputy speaker.
With Anita Annet Among’s elevation to the office of speaker, Sabiti has also been promoted to replace Kagingo.
Also falling in things were two former Daily Monitor photographers: Dominic Bukenya will be Speaker Among’s chief photographer while Alex Esagala will be Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa’s chief photographer.
