The Former Internal Security Organization (ISO) chief Col Frank Kaka Bagyenda has been appointed Uganda’s Ambassador to Angola
Kaka who was recently sacked by President Museveni will be deployed in Angola’s capital Luanda as the country’s first ambassador in the country.
According to security sources, Kaka’s appointment letter has been sent to the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga for approval.
However, the Spokesperson of Parliament, Ms Hellen Kaweesa is yet to confirm whether the president’s letter of appointment has reached parliament.
President Museveni sacked Kaka on October 8 and replaced him with Lt Col Charles Oluka.
