Fired RDCs Form ‘Pressure Group’

Fired Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), Resident City Commissioners (RCCs) and their deputies have formed an association to pile pressure on President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s government to fight corrupt and improve service delivery.

Museveni’s office recently released a new list of RDCs, RCCs and their deputies. (See List HERE).

The National Former RDCs and RCCs Association (FORCA) elected its leaders on April 05, 2022, at an event held at the National Theater in Kampala.

FORCA leaders say their association will bridge the gap between them and the current RDCs, RCCs and their deputies “to foster unity, development and transformation in diversity ,regionally, nationally and internationally.”

The former RDCs’ association says its values are to “measure to the standards of humanity and corruption-free society;” their motto is “for Patriotism, Integrity and Solidarity;” while their mission is “to serve Uganda and Africa with dignity and rule of law.”
