FDC parliamentary candidate dies in accident

Main opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party has lost its candidate for the Kibuku County parliamentary election to an accident.

FDC said Nsone was “a great pillar” in the party’s quest to build a new Uganda.

‘Building a new Uganda’ is the slogan of the FDC presidential candidate Patrick Oboi Amuriat (POA).

“We are saddened by the Death in a motor accident of our candidate and Party member Mr. Nsone Abdallah, the Parliamentary candidate for Kibuku County,” the party announced.

“Abdallah has been a great pillar in our efforts to BUILDING A NEW UGANDA that serves all. May His Soul Rest in Perfect Peace.”

Parliamentary elections are due next month, according to the Electoral Commission (EC) roadmap.
