A photo shared days after President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni appointed FDC vice president Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo suggests the opposition politician voted the NRM candidate (Museveni), not Patrick Oboi Amuriat.
According to the cabinet list released June 08, Ssebugwawo is junior (state) minister for Information, Communications Technology (ICT) annd and National Guidance.
Her appointment has left the FDC and opposition politicians in shock.
Now, a photo released online shows Ssebugwawo voting a candidate at the bottom of the ballot paper.
