Museveni 2021 Cabinet List: Tensions are high among members of Cabinet aftee President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni chaired his last cabinet meeting ahead of a farewell dinner at State House Entebbe.
Museveni is expected to unveil his new cabinet as he prepares to swear in for a sixth elective term at the end of which he will have ruled Uganda for four decades.
Sources close to the drafting of the new cabinet list have told Pearl Times News that a number of senior and junior ministers are missing on the draft Cabinet List – and so is Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi.

He lost to Democratic Party (DP) candidate Richard Ssebamala.
Also missing on the list are many ministers who lost the January 14 parliamentary elections.
Meanwhile, this publication has learnt that Justice and Constitutional Affairs minister Prof Ephraim Kamuntu asked to retire, and therefore is off the list.
