Uganda’s president and commander-in-chief Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni will address the nation on security matters following a spare of kidnaps.

Most of these remains are still unclaimed.
On February 11, Museveni met security chiefs, government spokesperson Ofwono Opondo revealed late Thursday.
Hours later, presidential secretary Don Wanyama confirmed th president will address the nation Saturday.
“President Museveni will address the country tomorrow, Saturday, on security and related issues. Time: 8pm. Catch address live on all radios and TVs,” announced Wanyama.
