DO OR DIE: MK Army Chief Campaigner Reveals Why Muhoozi Must Be President in 2026 or Forget About State House

A leading strategist and campaigner for Ugandan first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s MK Army has made it clear that President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s only male child must succeed him in 2026 or forget about the presidency.

Aged 48, Gen Muhoozi was weeks ago relieved of his duties as the Commander of the UPDF Land Forces after he whipped up a Twitter storm for threatening to capture the Kenyan capital Nairobi within two weeks. After firing his son, President Museveni wrote an apology letter to Kenyans and their president Dr William Samoei Ruto, and also explained why he promoted his child to the rank of general even when he has made ‘silly’ mistakes. (See Details Here and There).

The decision to fire Muhoozi and leave him with only the position of senior presidential advisor (while at the same time promoting him to the highest rank in the Ugandan national army), was seen as a way of giving him time to prepare for a political contest that could see him succeed his father who has ruled Uganda for nearly four decades.

Days before he was sacked as Commander of UPDF Land Forces, Muhoozi had made a shocking revelation on taking over from his father Gen Museveni in the year 2026. (Read it Here).

However, there are several other groups of Museveni’s NRM that have been endorsing Gen Museveni for another five-year term starting in 2026, with these ‘No Change’ groups telling the 78-year-old Ugandan president Jajja Omalako, Tova ku Main!’ The latest pro-Museveni and anti-Muhoozi group to endorse the elderly Museveni was led by Presidency Minister Milly Babirye Babalanda who described Museveni as a president that God sent to Uganda, adding that only God will decide when and how Museveni will leave power. But MK Army chief strategist and Kashambya County MP David Kabanda has explained why it should be 2026 or never. Kabanda says that by waiting for 2031, Muhoozi will no longer be in the youth bracket and that that Ugandans might reject him.

“I want to tell you that as the MK Army, we shall succeed. It’s now or never: it has to be 2026 or never. It’s either 2026 for Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba or never. For us we are determined to ensure that Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba becomes tye President of the Republic of Uganda in 2026. We are determined and we shall achieve that objective,” Kabanda told MK Army chief Balaam Barugahara’s Radio 4.

“If Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba doesn’t run for president in 2026 and contests in 2031 as the perennial presidential candidates, he will be 58 years old, approaching 60 years, will he be telling youths that he is one of them? Will he still be a youth? So, for us as the youths, we are saying now is the time to front Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba in 2026 at the age of 52, the same age at which Uhuru Kenyatta became President. Otherwise there is no way we can explain to Ugandans that we have brought them a youth in General Muhoozi in 2031 when he will be approaching the age of 60 and full of gray hair.”

Meanwhile, a famous prophet who accurately predicted William Ruto’s election as the president of Kenya has also revealed the man whom God has chosen to take over from Museveni. (Read Shocking Details HERE).
