Charles Rwomushana’s Shocking Allegation: Eddie Mutwe Threw Explosive That Injured Bobi Wine

Charles Rwomushana’s Shocking Allegation: Eddie Mutwe Threw the Explosive That Injured Bobi Wine WAR OF WORDS: Bobi Wine NUP Supporters Bitterly Attack Rwomushana for Telling Museveni to Quickly Destroy 'Kyagulanyi Gang of Hooligans'

In what appears like a shocking claim, security analyst, conspiracy theorist and former spy Charles Rwomushana has claimed that head of Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine security Eddie Mutwe threw the explosive that injured his boss.

Rwomushana’s shocking allegation on how he thinks Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine sustained injuries in an incident in Bulindo, Kira in Wakiso District on September 03, 2024, has left many supporters of the National Unity Platform (NUP) leader spitting fire at him.

Bobi Wine was returning from the thanksgiving ceremony hosted by NUP lawyer George Musisi in Bulindo when the incident happened.

He sustained injuries in his leg. Police and NUP disagree on how he got the injuries. Police’s preliminary report says he stumbled as he got to his car.

NUP claims a teargas canister hit Bobi Wine.

He was rushed to a nearby medical facility for first aid and later driven to St Francis Nsambya Hospital for further treatment.

Rwomushana now accuses NUP of first claiming Bobi Wine was shot with a bullet. In his mind, Rwomushana argues that this initial claim was meant to incite mob action by “gangsters.”

To him, this was a scheme that failed.

Rwomushana further made a shocking allegation that Eddie Mutwe threw the explosive that injured Bobi Wine.

He also wondered why Eddie Mutwe and Bobi Wine did not drive off instead of getting out of the car.

“It wasn’t a bullet, a lie to incite their gangsters to kill people. They failed and will never succeed in their scheme,” Rwomushana claimed.

“Occupants in all the other vehicles aren’t running. Why does Eddy Mutwe and Kyagulanyi run out of the vehicle instead of driving off? Mutwe threw the explosive.”

Police say they are investigating the matter to ascertain what injured Bobi Wine. Police spokerson Rusoke Kituuma first claimed police officers on scene of incident claimed Bobi Wine had stumbled as he entered his car. (Read Story Here).

Meanwhile, Bobi Wine is expected to undergo surgery for the removal of what is believed to be tear gas canister fragments. (See Details Here).

There is no substantial to prove Rwomushana’s allegations. Rwomushana has previously claimed that Bobi Wine’s supporters are hooligans and that Bobi Wine works for Museveni. (See Details Here and There).
