The family of Lay Canon Yowaasi Rwamango Makaaru, a former advisor to President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni, has revealed the cause of his (Makaaru’s) death.

Now, Makaaru’s family, through his son Bernard Makaaru, has announced the former Bushenyi District LCV chairperson will be laid to rest on February 05 in Mikyerere, Kyabandaara Ward, Sheema Central Division in Sheema Municipality.
His body, currently at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital mortuary, will be taken to Butsibo for a requiem service on February 04 ahead of burial on Sunday.
On the cause of his father’s death, Bernard Makaaru listed diabetes, high blood pressure, liver and heart complications as contributing to the demise of the respected Greater Bushenyi elder and former advisor to President Museveni.
