CAUGHT IN THE ACT: Shock as Ugandan Female MP is Filmed Massaging Male Colleagues Inside Uganda’s Parliament (Watch Video)

Sittings in Uganda’s Parliament are sometimes peppered with some drama and fun. The latest of such moments is contained in a video in which a female MP has been captured on camera while massaging two male colleagues.

The massaging happened as the House, having constituted itself into a Committee of Supply, considered the budget for the next financial year. The incident is said to have happened during a break. Other legislators were in the House and the massage was treated as trivial and casual.

A female legislator was seen using her hand to massage a male MP on his head and neck. Another male colleague, perhaps feeling jealous and wanting some hand massage, is also seen receiving the services of this generous female MP.

The female MP switches from one male colleague to another.

Debate is divided on whether anyone should make noise about that hand massage. But there have been some reports of high profile Ugandan politicians engaging in romance in their offices and during trips.

You can read more on some of the interesting stories from the May 18 budget sitting, including the money needed for Museveni’s clothes and a breakdown showing how State House will spend hundreds of billions on the president and his family Here and There.

We have also previously reported on some episodes of drama and chaos at Uganda’s Parliament. For example, there was previously some drama in the House as an MP accused a colleague of using a complicated English accent that left many legislators lost. There was also some chaos as an MP punched a police officer as legislators voted for Eala MPs. (Watch stories and videos Here and There).
