Bushenyi’s Plus Two High School Shines in UCE 2023

Plus Two High School has emerged among the best schools in Greater Bushenyi and the whole of Western Uganda, UCE 2023 results released by Uneb indicate.

On Thursday, February 15, 2024, Education Minister Janet Museveni and Uganda National Examinations Board (Uneb) officials released results from the 2023 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations at State House Nakasero in Kampala.

According to results, Plus Two High School candidates excelled. The Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality-based school had 96 candidates. Of these, 68 passed in Division One (First Grade), 25 in Second Division (Second Grade) while only three passed in Division Three (third grade).

The top best candidates at Plus Two High School in UCE 2023 are Vicent Mugume with aggregate eight in eight, Davis Ashaba with aggregate nine in eight, and Moses K. Akandwanaho with aggregate 10 in eight.

These are followed by Douglous Akandwanaho, Musiime Andinda and Assons Owoyesiga, who scored aggregate 11 in eight, each.

Joel Ainomugisha and John Tumuhimbise with aggregate 12 in eight, each, Angellah Asiimire with aggregate 13 in eight and Hasan Atamba with aggregate 14 in eight complete the list of top 10 best candidates at Plus Two High School.
