In just a space of one month, social media site has blocked novelist Kakwenza Rukirabashaija.
The micro-blogging site suspended the writer’s account over violation of its rules and community policies.
This is not the first time Rukirabashaija’s account has been suspended.
Weeks ago, while the 33-year-old was in detention, his account was suspended. (Read story here).
