Opposition leader Dr Kizza Besigye has blasted ICT and national guidance minister Dr Chris Baryomunsi after he issued a statement dated March 03, 3033.
The statement, which was 1011 years in the future, left many saying that the responsible officials in the ministry could be sleeping on the job.
Others argued that it was just an error that people should not really turn into a big issue when there are serious challenges to deal with — such as the prices of commodities.
Besigye noted that the minister was communicating “fake cabinet decisions taken in a meeting 1000 years to come!’
In the statement, Minister Baryomunsi was communicating a ban on creation of new districts, cities and municipalities. (Read Story Here).
